Friends i think this movie was entertaining but just never appealed to me.I have my share of reasons and here they are
1) British boys (esp British Indians) are so not the way as shahrukh and others were shown...even at the time that movie was released.
2)I know it was fairy tale romance but u gotta have some limit!!...you don't expect a spoilt British brat..(son of a millionaire..mind it)....to go down all the way to India and serve lassis on thalis to Punjabi village guys and that to with Elan!!!!!!!!!
3)the romance between the pair was okay,..but the development of that as in how it happened was so unconvincing for me......
There were other reasons too..but not major ones..and i chose to ignore them.....
So here it is my pick- DDLJ
